My why

My "why" stems from a deeply personal experience of losing my way and the powerful journey it took to find myself again; After leaving the Armed Forces, I thought that simply being present for my children was enough, but I soon realised I was failing to be the role model they needed. I let myself go, lost my sense of discipline, and wasn’t showing up as the strong, confident leader I knew I was. That moment of clarity hit me hard—I knew I had to lead from the front, set the right example, and inspire my children through my actions.

I decided to reach out to a coach, someone to give me the push I needed and help me regain my strength, both inside and out. That decision transformed my life and rekindled my passion for fitness. This led me to use my certifications and experience to help others do the same. I want to empower you to become the best version of yourself—not only physically, but mentally and emotionally.

my story

My journey began in the Armed Forces, where I discovered my passion for fitness and leadership. I gained certifications as a Physical Training Leader (PTL) and Endurance Training Leader (ETL), and it was my role to guide my unit to achieve peak fitness. Seeing my unit push beyond their limits taught me the true power of discipline, resilience, and teamwork.

As I prepared to transition out, I furthered my qualifications in personal training and nutrition, thinking I was fully ready for the next chapter.

However, civilian life was tougher than I expected. Without the structure and camaraderie of the forces, I struggled. My fitness declined, and I felt lost, far from the confident person I used to be. I realised that I wasn't setting the example I wanted for my children. I needed to change—not just for me, but for my family. Reaching out to a coach gave me the accountability and guidance I needed to transform my life and reclaim my strength.

Today, as a veteran, family man, and fitness professional, my mission is to help others on their own journey of transformation. I know what it’s like to lose your way, and I know the power of finding it again. I want to EMPOWER you to feel strong, EVOLVE, and EXCEL—while maintaining balance. With the right support, you can thrive and set the best example for those around you.
